Project Manager

Our team provides turnkey professional integrated audio-visual communications solutions to government, military, higher education, and private industry clients throughout Ontario and Western Quebec. Technical solutions cover presentation, all forms of collaborative conferencing, streaming, small to large audio systems, simultaneous interpretation, plus comprehensive command and control.


Primary responsibilities for this position include:

  • Role contributes strong support of project deployments and communications;
  • Assume full ownership & management of assigned projects and related activities;
  • Project Management: Establish detailed task listing, resource scheduling and work orders in order provide field staff with clear direction; associated monitoring & reporting to ensure projects fall within budgeted hours, timelines and margins; liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project supporting activities; leverage robust project management software platform to track and report project progress, trigger invoicing, establish milestones, change orders, and related;
  • Notifying supervisor of incidents that occur during installation for the purposes of training and documentation or safety as well as managing timeline expectations;
  • Assist other departments with communications, planning, coordination and support issues as needed;
  • Constructively participate in project post-mortem analysis reviews and make improvement recommendations;


Candidates for this position are required to have the following:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Project Management of professional Audio-Visual/broadcast projects;
  • CTS, CTS-D/I, or PMP certificate is beneficial, be able to demonstrate knowledge of the A/V industry;
  • Strong organizational, communications and computer/networking technology skills
  • Ability to work within AutoCAD,  MS-Office Suite, experience with CRM/ERP/project management  and scheduling and reporting platforms;  
  • Team player with strong work ethic and problem-solving skills;
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport, as travel is expected;
  • Must possess or be able to obtain security clearance(s) to at least “Secret” level;
  • Successful applicant should be familiar with a variety of construction concepts, practices and procedures;
  • Bilingualism (English, French) is an asset;
