We had already initiated recommended best practices by national health professionals, such as social distancing, remote working, sanitization and others. All to help mitigate spreading of the COVID-19 virus. IAV has remained operational during this process.
Yesterday, Ontario Premier Doug Ford, instituted a mandatory closure of all “non-essential” workplaces. This is to take place from midnight today (March 24, 2020) for at least the next two weeks.
Some aspects of what Interactive AV does and provides are incorporated within “essential services” by the definitions provided by the Province of Ontario. This includes providing solutions which empower tele-working from home as well as many of our support services for key federal government emergency operations centre environments. As such, IAV’s sales operations remain accessible to you through this exceptional pandemic circumstance.
Sales team members are working remotely and are accessible to you by cell phone, email as well as video chat capabilities. Our shipping and receiving capabilities also remain operational during these exceptional times. Social distancing protocols are in effect when performing shipping and receiving functions.
